Our underlying principle is the pursuit of well positioned sites in high growth, affluent trade areas with regional accessibility that will attract first in class retailers, restaurants and entertainment uses and that will also appeal to a variety of other uses such as residential, hospitality, office, hotel, and industrial that each individual site dictates.
