About the market
Upon completion (estimated 2025), The Crossing at Fishers District will be a 63-acre mixed-use development compromised of the 8,000-seat Fishers Event Center (future home of the Indy Fuel), approximately 100,000 SF of retail, restaurant, office, and entertainment space, a 200-room hotel, and 250 Class A apartment homes.
The Crossing will provide connectivity between 106th Street and Fishers District, to include a lit pedestrian walkway.
