About the development
Phase I of the project, South Bridge Marketplace, will be located on the eastern 12 acres and is planned to house a 130,000-square-foot Lowe’s Home Improvement store. Construction is scheduled to begin on this Phase in April 2024.
Phase II of the project will feature approximately 60,000 square feet of additional retail, which should include a national grocery store, restaurants, and other shops. The commercial team plans to commence construction on this phase in late 2024.
