Thompson Thrift Retail Group Announces Closing on Sale of Net Leased Tire Discounters

Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) announced today the closing on the sale of a net leased Tire Discounters, located at the southwest corner of 92nd Street and Michigan Road in Indianapolis, IN.

Tire Discounters has been in business since 1976 and has more than 110 stores through the Midwest and Southeast United States. This closing marks the fifth completed project between Thompson Thrift Retail Group and Tire Discounters. Calvin Short, of The Matthews Group, represented TTRG on the transaction and Mehdi Star, of Colliers, represented the buyer.
