Thompson Thrift hosted a groundbreaking celebration Tuesday, February 21, for Phase 1 of Germann Commerce Center in Queen Creek, AZ. Over 45 people, including Thompson Thrift team members, city council members, and the Vice Mayor of Queen Creek, Jeff Brown, attended the groundbreaking event.

Phase 1 of the development will feature 5 buildings and almost 400,000 square feet of industrial, manufacturing and distribution space. Once both phases of the Germann Commerce Center are completed, the development will include over 1.1 million square feet of manufacturing, warehousing and distribution space between 12 buildings.
