Noblesville, IN

Thompson Thrift is excited to announce the sale of Western Plaza in Noblesville, Indiana! Western Plaza completed construction in 1998 and is one of Thompson Thrift's legacy properties.

Western Plaza was Thompson Thrift's first commercial project and first project in the Indianapolis area. The original 33,000 square feet center was developed in the early 1970s by Ralph Wilfong and Omer Stocker Sr. John Thompson, Paul Thrift, and OJ Stocker purchased the property in 1997, developed it through 1998, and then later remodeled it in 2002. Brian Timberman was also involved as the superintendent on the construction side.

Western Plaza consists of two multitenant buildings and a stand-alone Starbucks outlot. Since 1998, Western Plaza had an average tenure per tenant of over 11 years, and two long-term anchor tenants, Sherwin Williams and Fresenius Medical Care, have been at the development for almost 25 years.
