Thompson Thrift is excited to announce the sale of a 2.75 acre parcel to Highside Development within the company's Loop 101 and Northern Avenue development in Glendale, AZ. Highside Development intends to develop a Choice Hotels branded hotel within this mixed-use project.

Loop 101 and Northern Avenue is a 24-acre mixed use development which is home to national and regional users such as QuikTrip, Whataburger, Black Rock Coffee, Slim Chickens, Cobblestone Auto Spa, Life Storage and over 250 Class A multi-family units. The development is located in the heart of Glendale, Arizona and is in close proximity to popular sports and tourism venues, such as State Farm Stadium, Gila River Arena, Crystal Lagoons and TopGolf.
