The development of all Thompson Thrift multifamily and luxury leased homes projects starts with a thorough site investigation and intensive due diligence process—including established site criteria and feasibility studies, risk analysis, rental rate evaluation, competition analysis, project attributes, and amenities and project viability.

Based on the project vision, we establish realistic schedules and budgets, that guide each project as it moves through the stages of financing, construction, leasing, and asset operation. This process ensures that we live up to our commitment to deliver projects that follow our standards of excellence on time and within budget.

As a full-service multifamily development company, we have a wide variety of in-house capabilities that enable us to develop upscale apartment communities and luxury leased homes across the country. Our team of experts covers every aspect of the development process—from market research and analysis, site selection, financial underwriting, and preconstruction to budget planning, due diligence, entitlements, and project management.

Community Management

Our in-house community management team is responsible for maintaining the highest level of community standards across our portfolio. From the resident and investor experience to the maintenance of our communities each team member plays a key role in the successful day-to-day operations of a Thompson Thrift Residential property.

Our corporate team works with the on-site community teams on property performance, resident satisfaction, detailed maintenance scheduling such as lighting and HVAC inspections as well as determining other capital investments as they arise.

Our fully-integrated management model allows for exceptional service for our residents, owners, partners and investors. Our technology platforms enable real-time scheduling and reporting for our teams and convenient maintenance requests and rent payments for our residents.

On-Site Teams

All Thompson Thrift Residential communities have a dedicated on-site team focused on providing a high level of maintenance and residential services. With resort-style living and luxury conveniences available to all residents, our onsite management teams ensure that communities are creating an environment that lives up to our promise of excellence.

At Thompson Thrift Residential, our resident experience and satisfaction is a top priority. We take great care in all of the details from our community design, amenity offering, apartment features, down to the quality of team members, and their ability to deliver exceptional customer service. We are proud of our partnership with J.
