TTRG Announces Acquisition of Parcel in Casa Grande, AZ, for Texas Roadhouse Restaurant

Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 2.05-acre parcel located at the NEC of Florence Blvd and Henness Road in Casa Grande, AZ. Once permitting is completed, the property is expected to be the future home of a 7,500 square foot Texas Roadhouse restaurant.
Since opening in 1993, Texas Roadhouse has grown into more than 600 locations in the United States along with 28 international restaurants. Texas Roadhouse prides themselves on their hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, made-from-scratch sides, and fresh-baked bread.
This closing marks the latest project between Texas Roadhouse and TTRG, which previously successfully completed development and brokerage opportunities with Texas Roadhouse, Bubba’s 33 and Jaggers.
