Thompson Thrift Sells Multitenant PAD Within Cortaro Ranch Development

Thompson Thrift recently closed on the sale of a multitenant PAD building within the company's Cortaro Ranch project located at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Cortaro Farms Road in Marana, Arizona (Tucson MSA).
The 8,400-square-foot multitenant building was 100% leased to four (4) tenants at the time of sale: Filiberto’s, TND Orthodontics, Great Clips and Newton Pho restaurant.
