Thompson Thrift Sells Cobblestone Auto Spa at Park 101

Thompson Thrift recently completed the disposition of a single-tenant PAD site to Cobblestone Carwash at Park 101 in Glendale, Arizona. Cobblestone had previously executed a long-term lease on the property in 2022 and elected to exercise its Right of First Refusal on the property, given the strong fundamentals of the underlying real estate and the continued growth in the overall trade area.
Located along Loop 101 at Northern Ave and directly across from Park West, a shopping center featuring quality name brand national, and regional brands, Park 101 is approximately 24 acres in size and a prime location for development. The site is also less than 3 miles to sports tourism favorites: State Farm Stadium, Gila River Arena, and Topgolf Glendale. Other retailers at the development include Choice Hotels, Black Rock Coffee, LifeStorage, Whataburger, and more.
