Thompson Thrift Sells 1.5-Acre Parcel Within Elliot Tech Center

Thompson Thrift recently completed the sale of a 1.5-acre parcel to Circle K at the northwest corner of Signal Butte and Elliot Road in Mesa, AZ. The PAD is part of Elliot Tech Center, a 70-acre mixed-use commercial and industrial development.
Phase I of Elliot Tech Center will have five (5) retail PADs and will feature Black Rock Coffee and Oregano’s Pizza Bistro, in addition to Circle K. Phase I will also include three (3) industrial buildings just over 250,000 square feet. Future phases within the development will accommodate additional industrial developments, which could total an additional 625,000 square feet.
