Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) Sells Texas Roadhouse in Casa Grande, AZ

Located at the Northeast corner of Florence Blvd and Henness Road, the property featured a new 7,570 square-foot restaurant on 2.05 acres. TTRG purchased the land for the project in late 2020 and began site improvements in Spring of 2021, delivering a fully improved PAD to Texas Roadhouse earlier this year.
