Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) recently completed the sale of a 2.44 acre parcel within the companies Cortaro Ranch development located at the NEQ of the I-10 and Cortaro Farms Blvd in Marana, AZ (Tucson DMA). The property was sold to Crimson Canyon Investment, LLC, who intends to build a state of the art, climate-controlled Life Storage facility on the parcel.
Life Storage will join a host of existing users who are already operating within the project, including Carondelet micro-hospital, International House of Pancakes (IHOP), Dutch Bros. Coffee, Serial Grillers, Arby’s ATI Physical Therapy and iTouch Salon. In addition to these users, TTRG is under construction with a second multi-tenant building within the project that will be home to Filberto’s Mexican Restaurant, Great Clips and Freytag Orthodontics.One frontage PAD remains available for lease or BTS and approximately 6 acres of land adjacent to I-10 is also available.
