Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) Commences Construction on Phase III of Sonoran Creek Marketplace Development in Maricopa, AZ

Sonoran Creek is already home to national and regional retailers such as Sprouts Farmers Market, ATI Physical Therapy, MOD Pizza, The Joint, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, Crumbl Cookies, and Discount Tire. Phase III of the project add Marshall's, NextCare Urgent Care, and Thai Chili to the development. Phase III is expected to be completed towards the end of Summer 2022.

One existing 1,065 SF space remains for lease within Phase I and II of the project.
