Thompson Thrift Retail Group Recently Closes on Sale of 1.31-Acre PAD

Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) recently closed on the sale of a 1.31-acre PAD located at the SEC of Leavitt Road and Tower Boulevard, in Lorain, Ohio.
The Buyer, Ohio Car Wash Holdings, LLC, intends to commence construction on a state-of-the-art car wash facility yet this year and should open during the first half of 2021.
The project, which includes a new Shell Convenience store, is located across from Lighthouse Village, a regional retail destination that includes a Walmart Supercenter, Kohls, Home Depot, and many other retailers and restaurants.
Thompson Thrift has one additional PAD for sale, lease of BTS. The PAD is 1.04 acres between the new Shell Convenience store and carwash parcel, with great exposure to both Leavitt Road and Tower Boulevard.
