Thompson Thrift Retail Group Closes on Project Financing in Tucson, AZ

Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) announced today the closing on construction financing for the first multi-tenant building on the Cortaro Farms site as well as the Dutch Bros. Coffee building located on the northeast corner of I-10 and Contaro Farms Road in Cortaro (Tucson), AZ.
Construction slated to begin Spring 2019
“Construction will begin on the multi-tenant building next month.” Stated Chris Hake, Sr. VP of Development for TTRG’s southwest region. “The multi-tenant building will consistent of over 9,000 square feet of retail space.”
Dutch Bros. Coffee will also join the site. Construction will begin this spring on the 824 square foot shop and will include a drive-thru for customer convenience. “The Cortaro community has welcomed us with open arms. We are excited to start construction on this location and we look forward to serving our future customers!” Added Aaron Harris, VP of Real Estate for Dutch Bros. Coffee.
