Thompson Thrift Retail Group Closes on Acquisition for Bank of America Development in Columbus, Ohio

TTRG has entered into a lease agreement with Bank of America who will construct a new, 4,251 square foot banking center that will serve the residents and businesses in the area. Construction is expected to commence on the site immediately and the banking center is slated to open late 2020.

This marks the fourth development that TTRG has done for Bank of America in Ohio over the last 18 months. “We are excited to close on another location for Bank of America as they continue to expand their market presence in Ohio,” said Christopher Hake, Senior Vice President of Development for Thompson Thrift Retail Group. “We look forward to continuing to build the partnership with Bank of America and appreciate all of the assistance provided by their Tenant Representative Brokers Eric Abroms and Jeff Smith of OnSite Retail Group”.
