INDIANAPOLIS (July 8, 2026) – Thompson Thrift, a full-service nationally recognized real estate company and one of the nation’s leading multifamily developers, has been named one of North America's Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces by Inspiring Workplaces Group, in association with Engagedly, earning the No. 74 spot on this year's list. This honor recognizes organizations that foster cultures built on trust, purpose, and belonging.

Since 2015, the annual awards have honored organizations that prioritize their people by creating workplaces where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. Entries were evaluated by an independent panel of judges across six key areas IW believes are fundamental to creating an inspiring workplace: culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and belonging, employee voice, and employee experience.

"At Thompson Thrift, we believe our people are our greatest strength and creating an environment where they can grow both personally and professionally has always been central to who we are," said Dan Sink, President and Chief Financial Officer, Thompson Thrift Development. "This recognition reflects our commitment to building a culture where team members feel supported and empowered to make a positive impact on one another and the communities we serve."

Several of Thompson Thrift's initiatives have shaped its award-winning culture, including its Family Impact Benefits Program, leadership development opportunities, comprehensive wellbeing resources, and TT Serve, the company's philanthropic program that encourages team members to make a meaningful difference in their communities.

"Building exceptional communities starts with building exceptional teams," said Brian Timberman, President, Thompson Thrift Construction. "By investing in our people, encouraging collaboration and leading with purpose, we strive to create a true One Team culture where every team member has the opportunity to grow, contribute, and succeed."

The company's commitment to listening to employees also continues to drive its culture. Thompson Thrift's annual engagement survey helps guide ongoing improvements across the organization, while regular leadership communication, professional development opportunities, and recognition programs foster collaboration throughout the company.

This latest recognition adds to Thompson Thrift's growing list of national workplace honors, including multiple Top Workplaces USA and Culture Excellence awards, Outstanding Employer of the Year by Work and Learn Indiana, and numerous other national and regional recognitions celebrating the company's people-first culture.

Over the past 40 years, Thompson Thrift has invested more than $7.2 billion into local communities and has become known as a trusted partner engaged in all aspects of development, construction, leasing, and management of high-quality real estate projects across the country.
