Denver Office Announcement

Denver, CO

DENVER (Aug. 20, 2026) – Thompson Thrift today announced the expansion of its Denver corporate office, reinforcing the company’s continued investment in Colorado and strengthening its ability to support a growing pipeline of development and construction projects across the Western United States.

The company has signed a lease for a new 10,000-square-foot office at Terrace Tower in the Denver Tech Center, one of the region's premier business districts. Since establishing its Denver regional office in 2022, Thompson Thrift Construction has built a strong local team supporting projects throughout the Western region. The expanded office will bring Thompson Thrift Residential and Thompson Thrift Construction together, enhancing collaboration from site selection through project completion and strengthening the company's integrated approach to development and construction. The office also supports Thompson Thrift's expanding Western operations and provides a stronger foundation for serving municipalities, consultants, contractors and partners throughout the region.

"The expansion of our Denver corporate office reflects Thompson Thrift’s commitment to growing our presence across key Western U.S. markets, with Colorado serving as a strategic anchor for that growth," said Bo Chapman, SVP, Development. "As our presence in the West continues to grow, this investment strengthens our ability to pursue new opportunities, support our expanding pipeline and deliver high-quality communities throughout the region."

Thompson Thrift has been active in Colorado for over 12 years and has developed 22 multifamily communities with more than 6,200 units across the state, spanning from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. The company also maintains a robust development pipeline in the West, with three planned multifamily starts in Colorado and several additional starts planned in Arizona, Idaho, Montana and Nevada within the next year. The expanded office will support the planning, development and execution of these communities while positioning Thompson Thrift to capitalize on future opportunities throughout the region.

Supporting the company's continued growth is a strong workplace culture recently recognized when Thompson Thrift earned its 2026 Top Workplace honor by the Denver Post for the second consecutive year. The award is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.

"As we've expanded our presence across the West, we've remained committed to creating a workplace where people feel supported, empowered, and connected," said Brian Timberman, President, Thompson Thrift Construction. "Being recognized as a Denver Post Top Workplace reflects that commitment, and our expanded Denver corporate office reinforces the collaborative culture that has been instrumental to our success."

Since its founding, the company has invested more than $7.3 billion into local communities and has become known as a trusted partner engaged in all aspects of development, construction, leasing, and management of high-quality real estate projects nationwide.
