INDIANAPOLIS (Mar. 20, 2025) – Thompson Thrift, a full-service real estate company engaged in multifamily, mixed-use, industrial and commercial projects across the country, earned national recognition today as a winner of a 2025 Top Workplaces USA award, which recognizes the top organizations across 60 markets. The company was recognized in 2023 and 2024 as well.
Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey issued by Energage.
“Thank you and congratulations to our team members on this well-deserved recognition,” said Paul Thrift, CEO of Thompson Thrift. “Our team’s dedication to excellence and commitment to making a positive impact make Thompson Thrift a great place to work, and we are truly grateful for all they do.”
Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
Thompson Thrift’s recognition as a Top Workplace for the third consecutive year reflects the company's ongoing commitment to fostering a culture where team members feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed. As Thompson Thrift continues to grow, the organization remains dedicated to its mission and values and is seeking talented individuals who share this commitment.
“Our team members are the foundation of our success, and this recognition reinforces the strong, people-first culture we strive to cultivate every day,” said Kristin Tolliver, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Thompson Thrift. “We are always looking for exceptional individuals who want to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team where they can grow their careers while contributing to the lasting impact we make in the communities we serve.”
