Thompson Thrift Earns 2023 Top Workplaces Fall Cultural Excellence Recognition in Three Categories

Thompson Thrift is proud to announce we have earned 2023 Top Workplaces Fall Cultural Excellence recognition for Employee Appreciation, Employee Well-Being, and Professional Development!
The Cultural Excellence awards celebrate organizations that met the Top Workplaces benchmark and scored in the top 25% of participating mid-sized (500-999 team members) organizations surveyed in the past 12 months in the United States. Earlier this year, Thompson Thrift also received recognition in the Compensation & Benefits, Leadership, and Purpose & Values categories. These distinctions result from our team member's feedback on the 2023 Engagement Survey.
