BOULDER, Colo. (Oct. 5, 2026) – Thompson Thrift recently hosted a ribbon-cutting celebration for Heritage on Hover, a 324-unit Class A multifamily community in Longmont, approximately 15 miles northeast of Boulder. The community welcomed its first residents in May, with construction completion estimated for February 2027.
“Heritage on Hover offers residents a thoughtfully designed place to call home in one of Colorado’s most desirable communities,” said Angie Atkins, senior vice president of community management for Thompson Thrift. “With spacious apartment homes, resort-style amenities and convenient access to Boulder, Denver and Fort Collins, the community offers a comfortable and connected lifestyle in Longmont.”

Select homes also feature cabinetry with soft-close doors, a deluxe closet system with shelving, premium lighting, a dry bar and advanced smart home capabilities. Private patios, balconies, yards and detached garage options are also available.
Resort-style living continues throughout the community with an array of in-demand amenities, including an outdoor entertainment kitchen with grilling areas, fully equipped 24-hour fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool and spa, electric firepits with seating areas, billiards and shuffleboard, dog park, bike storage and coffee bar. Residents working from home can enjoy the convenience of focus suites and community-wide Wi-Fi. An on-site service team, valet trash service and a user-friendly mobile app are also available.
During the ribbon-cutting celebration, guests toured the clubhouse, model home and community amenities. As part of Thompson Thrift’s ongoing commitment to supporting the communities where it develops, the company also presented a charitable donation to Pearl Promise, a local nonprofit dedicated to uplifting and empowering single-parent families by providing the tools, resources, support and skills they need to create economically and emotionally stable home environments.
