Meet our 2023 Summer Interns! We look forward to highlighting a few of our wonderful interns each week in our Intern Spotlight.

Meet Kam! This summer, Kam is working with our Residential Design team to redline projects, select furniture, and work on floor plans. Kam is studying Interior Design at Indiana University and plans to graduate in May 2025. One fun fact about Kam is that she was awarded the MVP award for cheerleading in high school. When not at work, Kam loves playing with her dog, doing crafts, and organizing. In her role, Kam loves having real-world design experience to see what her future may look like after college.
Meet Hunter! This summer, Hunter is working with the Development team in the West region to complete parking studies, calculate impact fees, track project schedules, update summaries, and much more. Hunter plans to graduate from Purdue University in May 2024 with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Finance. At Purdue, Hunter is a Larsen Leaders Academy Honors Student and is involved in the Dean V. White Real Estate Society. In his free time, Hunter loves working out, playing guitar, and exploring the outdoors. Hunter's favorite part about working at Thompson Thrift is that interns play an integral role in projects across the country, and seeing the impact of the work team members do is extremely fulfilling.
Meet Tyler! This summer, Tyler is working with our Construction team in Daytona Beach, Florida as an office intern. Tyler plans to graduate from Purdue University in May 2025 with a major in Construction Management Technology and a minor in Organizational Leadership. One fun fact about Tyler is that he helped build a house in Haiti. In his free time, Tyler loves spending time with friends and family and is involved in the Mechanical Contractors Association of America. In his internship, Tyler is excited to gain real-world knowledge of Project Management.
Meet Libby! This summer, Libby will be working alongside our Commercial team to do market research for upcoming commercial projects. Libby plans to graduate from Purdue University in May 2025 with majors in Marketing and Finance. One fun fact about Libby is that she is teaching herself to play piano. In her free time, Libby loves exercising, spending time with friends, and listening to music. In her role, Libby loves working with the commercial team and gaining valuable knowledge about the industry.
