Thompson Thrift Retail Group (TTRG) is pleased to announce the recent sale of a PAD site located within the Thompson Thrift Sonoran Creek Marketplace development in Maricopa, AZ. The PAD was sold to Heights Properties, LLP, who intends to develop a freestanding Brake Masters on the property.
Brake Masters will join Sprouts Farmers Market and various other local, regional, and national retailers and restaurants within the project. Construction commenced on the development in early December and TTRG anticipates the first tenants to begin opening within the project in the fall of 2021.
