Meet our 2025 Summer Interns! 🎉 We are excited to highlight our amazing interns throughout the next couple months in our Stadlership Spotlight.

Week1 Stadlership Spotlight Website

Meet Sierra! Sierra is a Project Management Intern in our Terre Haute office, working on Verity in Vero Beach, FL. Sierra is studying Construction Management Technology at Purdue University, with a minor in Organizational Leadership. She is actively involved on campus as a member of Purdue Women in Construction, Sigma Lambda Chi, and the Purdue Paint Crew Advisory Board. This summer, Sierra is looking forward to getting to know the other interns and working closely with her team to complete punch walks, RFI’s and more. When asked what she loves about her role at Thompson Thrift, Sierra shared that she loves the culture and how her team members push her to succeed. In her free time, Sierra enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, boating, and spending time with friends and family.

Meet Lance! Lance is an Asset Management Intern based out of our Indianapolis office. He’s currently pursuing his MBA in Finance at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and will graduate in May 2026. This summer, Lance is excited to explore the world of asset management and identify opportunities to improve daily processes, including financial visualizations through PowerBI, and he is eager to apply his background in coding for financial markets to the real estate space. When asked what drew him to Thompson Thrift, Lance shared: “I’ve always had an interest in real estate thanks to my father. I got excited when I first saw the job posting, and after talking with Whitney and others, it sounded like a great place to be.” Outside of work, Lance enjoys snowboarding, coffee roasting, investing, and exercising. A fun fact about Lance is that he is the proud dad of two boys (ages 6 and 5) who dream of being superheroes.

Meet Adelynn! Adelynn is a Construction Accounting Intern based in our Terre Haute office, and she is currently studying Accounting at Butler University, graduating in May 2026. This summer, Adelynn is excited to gain hands-on experience in the accounting field and looks forward to learning and growing alongside the other Thompson Thrift interns. Adelynn chose Thompson Thrift because of the structured and well-developed Stadlership experience, and she appreciates the opportunity to receive real-world guidance in corporate accounting. At Butler, Adelynn is a member of Alpha Chi Omega and Beta Gamma Sigma, and is actively involved in student government, Cru, and works as a peer tutor for the Lacy School of Business. In her free time, she enjoys working out, golfing, spending time with friends and family, and taking her dogs for walks.

Meet Braxton! Braxton is a Construction Intern based in our Terre Haute office, working on The Junction at Rockledge in Rockledge, FL. Braxton is currently studying Construction Management at Indiana State University and will graduate in Spring 2026. This summer, Braxton is looking forward to gaining hands-on training that goes beyond what’s taught in the classroom. He’s excited to support the field team from the office and build practical experience in the field. Braxton chose Thompson Thrift after hearing great things from teammates and friends who’ve interned here and had meaningful experiences. Outside of Thompson Thrift, Braxton plays for the Indiana State football team and is involved in Sigma Lambda Chi and Happiness Bag. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing pickleball. A fun fact about Braxton—he has a German Shepherd who loves hiking.

Meet John! John is a Field Intern at Velara in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. John plans to graduate in May 2027 with a degree in Construction Management Technology from Purdue University, and he is pursuing a certificate in Entrepreneurship. This summer, John is looking forward to meeting his colleagues and gaining field experience in a warm and active jobsite environment. He’s excited to deepen his knowledge of the construction industry while contributing to a large-scale project. John chose Thompson Thrift because of the strong support system, great culture, and the opportunity to grow alongside a team that brings a positive attitude and energy every day. At Purdue, John is involved in the Flag Football Club, College Mentors for Kids, and Habitat for Humanity. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports and going to the gym. One fun fact about John is that he has four siblings, including three older sisters and a younger brother.

Meet Riley! Riley is a Field Intern with our Construction team, working on The Landing at Lemay in Fort Collins, Colorado. He is majoring in Construction Management at Colorado State University and will graduate in December 2025. This summer, Riley is looking forward to gaining new skills and making meaningful connections with the team onsite. While he’s still getting familiar with his day-to-day responsibilities, he is excited to build hands-on experience in the residential and multifamily construction space. Riley chose Thompson Thrift because he was drawn to the company’s culture and wanted to dive deeper into the world of multifamily development. At CSU, Riley has been a member of the Colorado State University Concrete Competition Team for two years. In his free time, he enjoys skiing and golfing. One fun fact about Riley is that he has an identical twin.

Meet Ian! Ian is a Field Intern with our Thompson Thrift Construction team, working at Stack at Wheat Ridge in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. He’s majoring in Construction Management Technology at Purdue University with a minor in Real Estate and is set to graduate in May 2026. This summer, Ian is working on the early stages of construction—including foundations, site development, MEP, and carpentry. He’s looking forward to applying what he’s learned in the classroom, taking on more responsibility, and learning firsthand by working closely with subcontractors and the project team. Ian is returning for his second summer with Thompson Thrift, drawn back by the team-first culture and the opportunity to be treated as a valuable contributor on-site. He appreciates being trusted with real responsibilities that deepen his understanding of the full construction process. At Purdue, Ian plays Club Baseball and in his free time, he enjoys golfing, woodworking, and music. One fun fact about Ian is that he and a friend are ranked 52nd in Super Mario multiplayer speedrunning.

Meet Dylan! Dylan is a Development Intern with our Southeast Development team, working out of the Indianapolis office. Dylan is majoring in Finance with a minor in Real Estate at Purdue University and will graduate in May 2027. He was selected to be part of Purdue’s Business Opportunity Program (BOP), serves as Secretary of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi. Dylan chose Thompson Thrift because he wanted to be part of a company where he could grow, contribute to real projects, and gain experience that makes an impact on communities. He appreciates the value Thompson Thrift places on service and the meaningful work given to interns. In his free time, Dylan enjoys traveling, working out, and playing video games. One fun fact about Dylan is that he knows how to juggle.

Meet Chloe! Chloe is a Preconstruction and Design Intern working out of our Indianapolis office. She’s majoring in Design and Construction Integration at Purdue University and will graduate in May 2026. This summer, Chloe is looking forward to gaining insight into the behind-the-scenes processes that help a large organization operate efficiently, and she’s eager to explore how design and preconstruction work together to bring projects to life. Chloe chose Thompson Thrift because of the company’s strong values and reputation—she was excited to take on a role that would offer a new and unique experience from her past internships. At Purdue, Chloe serves as President of Student Council/Ambassadors, Vice President of NAHB, Vice President of Sigma Lambda Chi, and is a Teaching Assistant for Construction Management courses. In her free time, Chloe enjoys spending time outside, reading, music surfing, and playing lots of golf.

Meet Jack! Jack is an intern with the Asset Management and Capital Markets teams, working out of our Indianapolis office. He’s studying Finance and Real Estate at Indiana University Bloomington and will graduate in May 2027. This summer, Jack is supporting the team on debt financing solutions and other key projects. He’s especially looking forward to working in the office environment, meeting people from different departments, and gaining a well-rounded understanding of Thompson Thrift’s operations. Jack chose Thompson Thrift because of the company’s outstanding reputation in the community and the opportunity to learn from a respected team in the industry. At IU, Jack is Co-President of the Real Estate Club, a member of the Commercial Real Estate Workshop, Phi Gamma Delta, and serves on the judicial board for the Interfraternity Council. Outside of work and school, he enjoys golfing, wake surfing, and is currently learning guitar.

Meet Caden! Caden is a Construction Project Engineer Intern working on Heritage on Hover in Longmont, Colorado, and based out of our Denver office. Caden is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at Colorado State University, with plans to graduate in Fall 2026. Caden is looking forward to making meaningful connections at Thompson Thrift and contributing to projects that provide homes and positively impact lives. He was drawn to Thompson Thrift for its flexibility and the accommodating approach the team took during the placement process. At CSU, Caden is involved with AGC/CCA and takes part in various intramural leagues with friends. His favorite hobby is playing soccer, a sport he’s loved since he was four years old. A fun fact about Caden—his birthday is on Leap Day (February 29), so he gets a real birthday only once every four years.

Meet Ethan! Ethan is a Field Intern with Thompson Thrift Construction, working on Heritage on Hover in Longmont, Colorado. He’s majoring in Construction Management Technology at Purdue University with minors in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Real Estate and will graduate in May 2027. This summer, Ethan is assisting the project team by tracking subcontractor head counts and performance, supporting safety and quality control efforts, and helping maintain a clean and organized jobsite. He’s excited to learn what it takes to run a successful project day-to-day and see the collaboration between project management staff and field teams in action. Ethan chose Thompson Thrift because of the company’s values and the way those are reflected in The Stadlership experience. He was drawn to both the hands-on construction learning and the chance to work for a company that values its people and the communities it serves. At Purdue, Ethan is involved in the Associated General Contractors Club (AGC), Beta Upsilon Chi (BYX), and Salt Company. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar and participating in intramural sports. One fun fact about Ethan is that he knows how to juggle.

Meet Ashanty! She is an Construction Intern, working out of our Indianapolis office. Ashanty is studying Construction Management Technology at Purdue University and will graduate in December 2026. This summer, Ashanty is supporting the construction team at The Liliana in Pooler, GA, and she is looking forward to visiting the jobsite to gain a new perspective on the work she’s been contributing to in the office. Ashanty chose Thompson Thrift for its intentional, well-structured internship program and the chance to grow both personally and professionally. At Purdue, Ashanty is active in her sorority, where she’s served as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Vice President of Programming and Enrichment. She’s also a member of Women in Construction Management. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, walking her dogs, and baking. A fun fact about Ashanty is that she hiked the Santa Ana active volcano in El Salvador.

Meet Noah! Noah is a Warranty Intern based out of our Terre Haute office. He’s majoring in Management with a minor in Safety at Indiana University and is on track to graduate in May 2027. This summer, Noah is managing work orders, communicating with subcontractors to resolve issues, and gaining exposure to various aspects of the warranty process. Noah chose Thompson Thrift after hearing great things about the internship program and the supportive culture, and he appreciates how helpful the team has been throughout his experience so far. At IU, Noah is a member of the Hoosier Chapter of Ducks Unlimited. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Meet Shane! Shane is an Information Technology Intern working out of our Indianapolis office, where he is supporting team members with computer and technology-related needs. He recently graduated from Indiana State University in May 2025 with a degree in Information Technology. This summer, Shane is looking forward to growing alongside his team while gaining more hands-on experience in the IT field. Shane chose Thompson Thrift for the competitive benefits offered through the internship program and has appreciated how welcoming and supportive everyone has been throughout his experience so far. Outside of work, Shane enjoys trying new restaurants, gaming, and spending time with his cats. A fun fact about Shane is that he has lived in three different states.

Meet Killian! Killian is a Preconstruction Intern working out of our Terre Haute office. He’s studying Construction Management and C.A.D.D. at Indiana State University and will graduate in December 2025. This summer, Killian is excited to apply what he’s learned in the classroom and gain experience in preconstruction. Killian chose Thompson Thrift because of its strong connection to Indiana State University and the Terre Haute community. As a fellow Sycamore, he enjoys working alongside team members who share similar college experiences and appreciates how interactive and welcoming the team has been from the start. At ISU, Killian is the President of the MCAA club and a member of both AGC and the Construction Club. Outside of work, he enjoys playing volleyball and spending time outdoors. A fun fact about Killian is that he lived on base at Pearl Harbor in high school, where he learned how to sail and surf.

Meet Drew! Drew is a Preconstruction Intern working out of our Indianapolis office. He’s majoring in Construction Management Technology at Purdue University and will graduate in May 2028. This summer, Drew’s responsibilities include takeoffs, estimations, and communicating with subcontractors. Drew is excited to build meaningful relationships with his teammates and learn as much as he can during his time at Thompson Thrift. He was drawn to the company by its strong culture and commitment to giving back to the community. At Purdue, Drew is involved in NAHB and the Paint Crew. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, video games, golfing, and playing basketball.

Meet Nicco! Nicco is a Field Intern with Thompson Thrift Construction, working on The Levi in Stockbridge, Georgia. He’s majoring in Construction Management Technology at Purdue University and will graduate in May 2027. This summer, Nicco is excited to get to know his team and learn what it takes to run a successful jobsite. Nicco chose Thompson Thrift because of the company’s strong values and positive reputation nationwide, and he’s looking forward to building real-world skills and being part of a team that reflects those values in the field. At Purdue, Nicco plays on the club hockey team and is a member of Phi Gamma Delta. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, playing hockey, running, working out, and hanging out with friends. A fun fact about Nicco is that he’s been to all the states in the continental U.S.

Meet Jacob! Jacob is a Safety Intern working out of our Terre Haute office, supporting the Safety team with site visits and safety evaluations. He’s a sophomore at Indiana State University majoring in Safety Management and is on track to graduate in Spring 2027. This summer, Jacob is learning the safety rules and protocols that help keep Thompson Thrift team members safe every day. He’s excited to visit job sites, provide feedback, and better understand the importance of maintaining a safe work environment across active projects. Jacob is especially looking forward to gaining hands-on experience and contributing to jobsite inspections that help protect our teams. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys golfing, fishing, and hunting.

Meet Logan! Logan is returning for his fourth internship as a Field Intern with Thompson Thrift Construction, working on The Stadler in Bradenton, FL. He’s majoring in Construction Management with a minor in Architectural Engineering at Indiana State University and will graduate in Fall 2025. This summer, Logan is focused on the punchlist process and final stages of construction. He’s looking forward to building on his current skills and advancing his knowledge in the industry through hands-on experience. Logan to return to Thompson Thrift for his second internship because of the strong experience he’s had with the company and the opportunity to grow within a great team environment. At Indiana State, Logan is involved in the Real Estate Club. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, fishing, and watching football. A fun fact about Logan is that he played on the offensive line for the Indiana State football team.

Meet Brooklyn! Brooklyn is a Community Management Intern at The Concord in Sarasota, FL, where she’s gaining hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of a lease-up community. She’s majoring in Marketing with a minor in Property Management at Ball State University and will graduate in May 2026. This summer, Brooklyn is learning the behind-the-scenes of community management—from giving tours and generating leases to planning resident events and practicing customer service. She’s especially excited to dive into community outreach and better understand what it takes to make a lease-up successful while keeping residents engaged and satisfied. Brooklyn chose Thompson Thrift because of the welcoming culture and the strong connections she’s already built with her team. From orientation to her first days on site, she’s felt encouraged and supported every step of the way. At Ball State, Brooklyn is involved in the gymnastics club team, the PMGT Association, and is an active member of Delta Zeta, where she currently serves as Spirit Chair. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, hiking, cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors. A fun fact about Brooklyn is that she can hold a handstand for over a minute!

Meet Eland! Eland is a Community Management Intern at The Garrison in Fountain, Colorado. He’s majoring in Property Management at Ball State University and is on track to graduate in May 2028. This summer, Eland is looking forward to embracing a new experience and learning what it’s like to live and work far from home. This summer marks a big step outside of his comfort zone, and he’s excited for the personal and professional growth ahead. Eland chose Thompson Thrift because of the company’s strong focus on service, and he’s eager to be part of a team that prioritizes people and community. Outside of work, Eland enjoys cooking and fishing. A fun fact about him is that he’s been snowboarding since he was five years old.

Meet Caroline! Caroline is a Construction Intern working out of our Terre Haute office, supporting the team at The Pullman in Union City, GA. Caroline is majoring in Design and Construction Integration at Purdue University and will graduate in 2027. This summer, Caroline is gaining experience with RFIs, submittals, project meetings, cost accounting, closeout, coordination, and scheduling. She’s also developing her skills in Procore and Microsoft Projects. She’s most excited to work closely with her team and experience the full process behind a multifamily construction project while building connections within the Thompson Thrift community. Caroline chose Thompson Thrift because of its strong reputation and commitment to making a positive impact on cities across the country. At Purdue, Caroline is the Director of Recruitment for Pi Beta Phi, and a member of Sigma Lambda Chi and Women in Construction Management. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, and learning how to cook.

Meet Ellie! Ellie is an Accounting Intern, working out of the Indianapolis office. She’s double majoring in Finance and Accounting at Purdue University and will graduate in May 2027. This summer, Ellie is gaining hands-on experience by assisting with financial statements, coding invoices, processing payments, and learning how to ensure financial accuracy. She’s looking forward to understanding how different communities operate financially, learning from experienced accountants, and building strong relationships with her team. Ellie chose Thompson Thrift because of the people and the company culture. From day one, she’s felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged to grow—making it the ideal place to learn and gain experience. At Purdue, Ellie is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha and the Larsen Leaders Academy. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball and going on walks. A fun fact about Ellie is that she’s left-handed!

Meet Gabe! Gabe is a Civil Design Intern working out of our Indianapolis office. He’s majoring in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structures at Purdue University and will graduate in Spring 2026. This summer, Gabe is excited to learn everything he can about the design process and gain a deeper understanding of what goes on behind the scenes in civil engineering. At Purdue, Gabe is a member of the Reamer Club, official caretakers of the Boilermaker Special VII and the Xtra Special VIII. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, collecting vinyl records, and building LEGO sets. A fun fact about Gabe is that he’s been playing guitar for around eight years.

Meet Brady! Brady is a Construction Intern working on Stack at Wheat Ridge in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. He’s majoring in Construction Management Technology with a minor in Business at Purdue University and is set to graduate in 2028. This summer, Brady is assisting with daily tasks such as RFIs and submittals, and he is looking forward to learning more about Thompson Thrift’s operations and gaining valuable insight into multifamily construction. Brady chose Thompson Thrift because of the positive experience he had during the interview process and the great impression made by the people he met. At Purdue, Brady is a member of FarmHouse Fraternity and participates in intramural sports. In his free time, he enjoys watching and playing sports.

Meet Ellie! Ellie is a Community Management Intern at The Junction at Rockledge in Rockledge, FL, supporting leasing and marketing efforts while gaining insight into the many facets of community management. She’s majoring in Property Management at Ball State University and will graduate in May 2026. Ellie chose Thompson Thrift because of its standout culture and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one. She loves that her role allows her to connect with prospects and play a part in an important step in their lives—finding a home. At Ball State, Ellie is a member of the Property Management Association. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball. A fun fact about Ellie is that she once performed as the Nutcracker in a ballet recital!

Meet Sam! Sam is a Construction Intern working out of our Terre Haute office, supporting the team at The Landing at Lemay in St. Augustine, FL. He’s majoring in Construction Management at Purdue University and will graduate in 2027. This summer, Sam is looking forward to learning more about the construction industry and gaining hands-on experience with a team that values growth and collaboration. Sam chose Thompson Thrift for the opportunity to learn from a knowledgeable team and experience the company’s unique culture firsthand. In his free time, Sam enjoys being outdoors and watching sports. A fun fact about Sam is that he can solve a Rubik’s Cube!

Meet Shannon! Shannon is a Development Intern, working out of the Indianapolis office. She’s majoring in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration at Ball State University and will graduate in May 2027. This summer, Shannon is assisting with parking studies, compiling impact fees, verifying site permits, and supporting development associates throughout the due diligence and entitlements process. She’s excited to apply what she’s learned in the classroom to real-world development work while learning from experienced professionals on the team. Shannon chose Thompson Thrift for its strong reputation, people-focused culture, and commitment to investing in young professionals. She enjoys being part of a dynamic team that drives projects from site selection through land closing. Outside of work, Shannon loves exploring and cooking new foods and enjoys learning about different cuisines and trying new recipes. A fun fact about Shannon is her family is originally from Zimbabwe. She was born in Louisville, KY, and frequently visits Zimbabwe to spend time with loved ones.

Meet Sam! Sam is a Field Intern at Verity in Vero Beach, Florida. He’s pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at Western Kentucky University and will graduate in May 2027. This summer, Sam is gaining experience through daily collaboration, documentation, trade oversight, site monitoring, and progress tracking across an eight-building, 276-unit development. He’s working with tools like Procore and Microsoft Office to stay organized and efficient while learning the ins and outs of Class A multifamily construction. Sam is excited to expand his knowledge in the industry, keep an open mind, and learn from the variety of trades involved on-site. One fun fact is that he’s the first person from Western Kentucky University to intern with Thompson Thrift! Outside of work, Sam is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and enjoys hunting, fishing, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.

Meet Nate! Nate is a Field Intern with Thompson Thrift Construction, currently working in Phoenix, Arizona. He is studying Construction Engineering at Arizona State University. This summer, Nate has been starting his days with manpower tracking and is actively assisting with the punch process alongside the project team. He's looking forward to learning more about Thompson Thrift and gaining insight into how projects come together on the ground. Nate chose Thompson Thrift because of the company’s commitment to investing in interns. He was eager to gain real-world experience and take a deep dive into the career field he’s passionate about. In his free time, Nate enjoys going to the gym and playing guitar.

Meet Henry! Henry is a Field Intern with Thompson Thrift Construction, supporting the team in North Port, Florida. He is studying Construction Management with a minor in Safety at Indiana State University and is on track to graduate in 2028. This summer, Henry is contributing by tracking manpower, making jobsite observations, and participating in owners' walks. He’s looking forward to the general experience and gaining a clearer picture of the industry. At Indiana State, Henry is an active member of the MCAA club. Outside of work and school, Henry enjoys hunting and fishing, and he’s no stranger to competition, having won six strongman titles! He was drawn to Thompson Thrift by the team culture and camaraderie, which made it an ideal environment for him to grow and contribute.

Meet Matt! Matt is a Field Intern with Thompson Thrift Construction, supporting the team at The Union at Fishers District in Fishers, Indiana. He is majoring in Construction Management at Indiana State University and is set to graduate in Summer 2025. Matt enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. A fun fact about Matt is that he has a golden retriever named Miller Lite! He chose Thompson Thrift because of the people, and he’s found the team to be welcoming, helpful, and always willing to share their knowledge.

Meet Ethan! Ethan is a Field Intern with Thompson Thrift Construction, working at The Liliana in Pooler, Georgia. He is majoring in Construction Science Management with a minor in Business Management at Texas State University and is expected to graduate in December 2026. Ethan is currently supporting the team by capturing weekly progress photos and completing punch lists for cabinets and flooring, which gives him a strong foundation in field operations. This summer, he’s eager to learn new skills and build connections with both on-site teams and the office staff. Ethan is an active member of the Texas State Construction Student Association. Outside of work, he enjoys floating and paddleboarding on the San Marcos River. A fun fact about Ethan is that he is double-jointed in both arms from breaking them in kindergarten. Ethan chose Thompson Thrift for its supportive culture and focus on intern success, and he appreciates how open and willing the team is to teach.

Meet Reece! Reece is a Field Intern with Thompson Thrift Construction, working on The Spectrum Loop in Colorado Springs. He is majoring in Construction Engineering at Purdue University and plans to graduate in December 2026. This summer, Reece is helping manage subcontractors, enforce site safety, coordinate building and garage progress, track material counts, and contribute to the project schedule. A recent highlight for Reece is that he went skydiving! Reece also has big travel plans, hoping to visit five national parks this summer.

Meet Jace! Jace is a Field Intern with Thompson Thrift Construction, supporting the team at The Junction at Rockledge in Rockledge, Florida. He is studying Construction Management at Indiana State University and graduated this past May. This summer, Jace is assisting with the punch process and learning how to hold subcontractors accountable to their contractual obligations. Jace is returning for his second internship with Thompson Thrift and is excited for another great summer. He chose Thompson Thrift because of the knowledgeable team members who are always willing to help interns grow both personally and professionally.
