Real Work. Real Teams. Real Results.

Rotational Experience

TTLX participants work across multiple departments within our Residential Development platform. These rotations are carefully timed to align with active project phases, giving you real exposure to the entire lifecycle of our business.

Throughout the experience, you’ll engage with teams in development, acquisitions, preconstruction, construction, community management, capital markets, and asset management. This breadth of exposure builds both functional expertise and a holistic view of how our business operates.

Learn by Doing. Lead by Example.

The Roles You'll Step Into

TTLX is not an observation program. It’s a launchpad. In each rotation, you’ll step into a defined role with real responsibilities. You might serve as a Development Associate, Leasing Consultant, or Financial Analyst, depending on your track.

We’re looking for curious, driven individuals who are ready to learn and eager to lead. Whether you’re coming from the classroom or already have some experience, TTLX offers the training, mentorship, and exposure to help you grow.

Each role is designed to build your skills, expand your thinking, and increase your ownership over time. As you move through the program, your impact will grow right along with you.

Seeing the Bigger Picture

"The program has fundamentally shaped how I view both my career and Thompson Thrift’s broader mission. Rotating through each department gave me a deep appreciation for the efficiency, collaboration, and technical expertise required to bring complex projects to life. I saw firsthand how every team supports the greater goal of positively impacting our team members and the communities we serve."

“TTLX has challenged me in all the right ways. Each team I’ve worked with has a different structure, communication style, and workflow, which required me to quickly adapt and find ways to contribute. Experiencing the company from multiple angles has strengthened my confidence, improved my communication skills, and deepened my understanding of how different departments support the larger mission.”
