Job Description

Position Overview

Identifies the skills required for an open role through the job description, interview with management and team members and will determine the recruitment strategies. Supports the organization's recruiting efforts by establishing and maintaining a pool of potential candidates. Sources, recruits, screens, and interviews candidates to fill organizational roles. The job requires very strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills. The job is a very responsible one and one that involves a lot of hard work and dedication to match the open position to the right candidate.

Recruiter will require 2 + years of experience.

Experience

Preferred 3 Years-experience in progressive recruiting and talent acquisition



Education

Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline


Duties & Responsibilities
  • Consults with Sr. Recruiter to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates. Reviews and assesses applicants education, experience, training, and other qualifications. Schedules interviews for Sr. Recruiter.
  • Plans and attends campus recruiting events, including career fairs, on-campus interviews, or networking events as needed.
  • Reviews and assesses applicants' education, experience, training, and other qualifications. Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Uses candidate sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn to identify and contact potential candidates as well as build candidate pools for our various construction functions.
  • Fully utilize Applicant Tracking Software as required to maintain accurate reporting of all stages of the hiring process
  • Ensure that details of all candidates are documented in an organized manner
  • Analyzing the applications received and choosing the best for interview round
  • Formulating interview call, selection and rejection letters
  • Travel may be required
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

While performing duties of this job, the team member regularly works in an office or remote setting. The noise in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate in an office setting. Team members are frequently in an open seating environment. The team members in the office may have to manage a number of projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of clients, contractors and other staff. Organization, ability to prioritize, concentration and stress management will be skills necessary to complete the required tasks.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member may occasionally work at construction work sites, remote work locations or other non-office locations where the team member is exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and the risk of electrical shock. The noise in the construction work environment is usually moderate to loud. The team member is required to work in compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Full Time
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with overtime as needed

The team member is regularly required to be mobile; the team member occasionally travels both short and long distances via a variety of conveyances. The team member occasionally performs work on-site at construction work sites, office locations, and/or off-site venues. Performing this job will sometimes require the team member to walk work sites that do not have infrastructure, this includes walking on uneven surfaces, through mud, through ruts, etc. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
