Project Executive - Multifamily Construction

The Opportunity: We are looking for a Project Executive to join our Multifamily Construction team at Thompson Thrift. The Project Executive should have 3-5+ years of previous experience as a manager at Thompson Thrift related companies. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute multifamily ground-up and renovation projects per company standards
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain a budget and manage all related finances
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard
• Provide leadership to a team of skilled construction professionals

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field
• Solid experience with commercial or multifamily construction
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, building codes, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience in an executive role with a real estate or construction company
• Proficiency with PC software such as Microsoft Office, Project software, and E-Estimate
• Ability to manage complex construction timelines and juggle numerous projects
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Experience with budgeting, cost control and development of estimating systems
