Job Description

The Project Controls Training Assistant will provide direct assistance and administrative support to the Director of Project Controls as well as assist with the training of the entire Thompson Thrift Construction Team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to Construction services and team.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while continuing to meet project deadlines
  • Procore Administrator
  • Provide support for Procore training and updates
  • Facilitate on-going training for entire construction team
  • Assist with monitoring and creating online training courses
  • Auditing Procore to ensure policies are followed
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Position requires high school education or equivalent certificate, Associates Degree preferred.
  • Procore experience required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in similar role with Procore administration as the main focus of the experience.
  • General office business skills with an emphasis on computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software systems (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while continuing to meet project deadlines, exceptional problem-solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Be a team-player who flourishes in that environment, shows excellent verbal and written communication abilities and provide customer service to a variety of team members in all positions.
