Job Description
Watermark at Harvest Junction, located in Longmont, CO is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to help to market and lease apartments for our luxury 276- unit property to prospective residents.
You will also be responsible for providing resident services in a professional and courteous manner. In this position, you will assist in the lease-up and stabilization of our newly constructed, luxury Class A community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain an excellent customer service relationship by adhering to the Thompson Thrift Residential standards
- Greet prospective residents.
- Show model, market ready units and common areas
- Lease apartments and sell the amenities, products and services of the property to prospects
- Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours following the guidelines outlined in our training materials
- Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and work to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy percentages
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
- Collect deposit and/or fees associated with move-in
- Inspect units on a quarterly basis as well as prior to move-in
- Assist with planning and hosting of resident events
- Assist residents with the move-out process
Experience:
- Preferred 2 years in leasing, sales, or customer service.
- Preferred experience in social media, outreach, and marketing
- Bonus if you have experience with Yardi & Rentcafe
- Preferred strong social media experience
Education and Requirements:
- Required flexible hours: days, evenings, must be available to work weekends
- Required valid drivers license
- Required High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred NALP Certification
Annual Salary Range*: $21.00/hour
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

Performing this job will sometimes require the employee to walk work sites that do not have infrastructure, this includes walking on uneven surfaces, through mud, through ruts, etc. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

The noise in the construction work environment is usually moderate to loud. The employee is required to work in compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
