Assistant Community Manager

Job Description

Watermark at Harvest Junction, located in Longmont, CO, is seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager for its newly constructed, luxury Class A lease-up property. In this position, you will help to lead and manage daily tasks and coordinate to assist with reports, paperwork and moving in new residents, as well as rent collections. In the absence of the Property Manager, you may assist in management responsibilities. 

As the Assistant Community Manager, you will also track the progress of all leasing team members through an ongoing follow-through systems. You will also play an integral role in helping to lead the lease-up and stabilization of the property.


  • Sales, leasing, and marketing ability.

  • Must be able to tour the community, including climbing stairs on a regular basis.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and in cases of emergency. 

  • Stress tolerance in a fast-paced environment.  


  • College diploma preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent required.  


  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management.

  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Yardi experience preferred.

Annual Salary*: $22.50 /per hour
