Job Description

Thompson Thrift is seeking a full-time Acquisitions Coordinator to work out of the corporate office in Indianapolis, IN. The Acquisitions Coordinator is responsible for working with the regional development teams on a variety of different tasks including but not limited to preparing a variety of items including assembling comprehensive packages and reports utilized for investment committee and site visits.  


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist regional development teams in preparation of Investment Committee packages by gathering data and assembling comprehensive packages on a regular basis.
  • Assist regional development teams in preparation for site visits.  
  • Assist regional development teams in preparing quarterly reports for existing Thompson Thrift developments
  • Assist regional development teams in updating rent comparable studies
  • Assist regional development teams in the preparation of bank and investor packages. 
  • Work with regional development teams to download offering memorandums and save them in the appropriate files.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of real estate experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Performing this job requires the use of hands to finer, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear (bells, whistles, etc.), stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and the risk of electrical shock.
