So “What does Live the Core mean?” The core of Thompson Thrift encompasses our Mission, Core Values, and Core Competencies. These three aspects make up the culture of Thompson Thrift—why we do what we do, our guiding principles, and the behaviors we are all striving to achieve.

At Thompson Thrift, our Mission Statement isn’t something that we simply put on the wall. We live it every day by making a positive impact and serving our communities in our work and personal life. As a company, we are successful due to our individual and collective efforts and by Living the Core!
