A New Standard of Quality...
In 2008, Thompson Thrift established Watermark Residential to capitalize on its extensive multifamily development, construction and management experience with the goal of becoming a national leader in the multifamily industry. Watermark Residential is committed to developing high-end apartment communities in strong national submarkets. These submarkets feature a high barrier to entry and a proximity to new retail, upscale single-family homes and employment centers.
