"We are focused on being involved in projects and partnerships that have a positive impact on the community they serve."

"The Thompson Thrift team was a pleasure to work with. They faced many weather related issues and adapted quickly and always kept me updated on the process."
Paul Thrift leads Thompson Thrift Development's in-house team of experienced real estate development professionals who are focused on putting our client-partners in the right building in the right location. The company accomplishes this by forming partnerships with clients and making available a full range of development services, including acquisition, brokerage, development and property management. This approach has meant great success for our client-partners, many of whom are national retailers. This success has taken numerous forms including retail centers, student housing, museums, hotels, restaurants, government buildings and multifamily housing.
Thompson Thrift Development has been an active partner in Terre Haute's downtown revitalization efforts. To this initiative, it has contributed projects as diverse as the Terre Haute Children's Museum, the GSA Federal Building, the Hilton Garden Inn, Candlewood Suites, the restoration of the historic Hulman and Company Building and the creation of the Clabber Girl Museum and Bakeshop, which has become a community gathering spot. Its latest downtown project is 925 Wabash, a new Class A office building.
