Building Quality...
John Thompson leads the Thompson Thrift Construction team. In recent years, Thompson Thrift has focused on extending its already considerable experience in the field of multifamily construction. The multifamily projects it has undertaken include affordable and market rate communities that are helping to meet the nation's growing demand for quality housing. The quality of construction, the number of projects successfully completed and the aesthetics of the individual communities have earned Thompson Thrift a reputation as a premier builder of multifamily housing.
Since its founding, Thompson Thrift has included among its goals the building of better and more vital communities as well as quality buildings. This goal has been realized through the construction and renovation of retail, multifamily, historic, government, healthcare, commercial, industrial, hotel, museum and university housing projects. These projects have improved the quality of life in their respective communities in many ways, including the creation of jobs and otherwise spurring economic development.
