Thompson Thrift signs lease with Shoe Carnival at Warsaw Commons
Indianapolis, Ind. - Thompson Thrift Development recently signed a lease with Shoe Carnival at its Warsaw Commons retail center in Warsaw, Ind. Shoe Carnival will occupy space within an 80,000-square-foot expansion of the shopping center that is scheduled for completion in fall 2012.
The lease is for 8,000 square feet for a period of 10 years. Ashlee Boyd and Susannah Gershman of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord and Bob Byrne of Edge Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
Warsaw Commons is located at State Road 15 and County Road 300 North in the dynamic, new retail corridor on the north side of Warsaw.
Shoe Carnival joins Kohl’s, Anytime Fitness, Verizon Wireless, Quizno’s, Aspen Dental, Taco Bell, Dollar Tree, PetSmart, T.J. Maxx and ULTA Beauty as tenants at Warsaw Commons.
