The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the community, including its finances and aesthetics along with resident relations. The Property Manager is also responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the management office and the on-site staff.
The Property Manager's schedule includes working regularly scheduled weekends, depending on the needs of the community and the directive of the Regional Property Manager.
