Description
Thompson Thrift Construction is looking for a Estimator to direct and lead our preconstruction program.
Summary
The succesful candidate will have a proven track record in preconstruction and estimating services for commercial and multi-family construction.
Responsibilities
This position will coordinate our preconstruction process by working with estimating, design, and project management to insure that our business development team has accurate and timely proposals, specifications, drawings and contract documents for our customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field of study
- Strong background in commercial construction management
- Must be a strong manager and team player
- LEED certification is highly preferred
- Good computer skills and knowledge of programs such as Excel, Word, Suretrak scheduling, and Timberline Estimating a plus
