Mike serves as a project executive in Thompson Thrift Construction's construction services department. He joined Thompson Thrift in 2006 as a project manager and subsequently was promoted to project executive.

Prior to joining Thompson Thrift, he was a project manager and project superintendent for Tonn and Blank Construction of Mishawaka from 2003-2006. He also worked for Centex Rogers Construction Company as a project manager, project superintendent and project engineer from 1991-2003. Mike has a bachelor's degree in building construction technology from Purdue University. He served as president of the Indiana State University Construction Advisory Board.
