John Thompson leads Thompson Thrift Construction's broad-based and experienced team of professionals. These individuals staff Thompson Thrift Construction's three departments - preconstruction services, construction services and field operations - and apply their respective skills at various stages of a project. The team includes preconstruction managers, project managers, project engineers, superintendents and safety managers. These individuals begin familiarizing themselves with a project's requirements and what their respective contributions will need to be early in the process. The goal is to deliver a quality project on schedule and on budget.
